The debt counselling services fees are included
in the monthly repayment to creditors. The law regulates such percentages
and as such you as the client will be protected.
Payment for the debt counselling services are
done at the end of the first month. You will not have to pay the
creditors during this period as you will already be under debt
review protection.
Payment to creditors normally takes place from
the end of the third month. If there are legal fees to be paid
for the court appearance and orders on your behalf, the payment
will be done at the end of the second month. With the National
Credit Act protecting the consumer you will not have to be concerned
about ridiculous amounts. The idea is to help you repay your debts
in an affordable manner. As such you as the consumer will not have
an additional payment burden.

debt review entails, how much it costs, and what the benefits and

will assess your level of indebtedness, your income, and personal
details. Once done, and the assessment shows that you are indeed
