services to all over indebted employees.
A Cleardebt accredited Debt Cousellor will facilitate the process starting with interviewing the employee to determine the level of over indebtedness. This assessment will determine whether to proceed with a formal or informal debt restructuring process.
Within both processes, instalment repayments will be reduced to ensure that your employee have sufficient disposable income to cover his/her basic living expenses without necessary extending the original repayment term.
